Drew Bordeaux is a musician, photographer, and writer in New York. As a singer/songwriter/performer he is known for a voice that blends the sonic authenticity of Southern Rock & 70s Soul with the urgency of Alternative and Grunge Rock. His percussive guitar style is reminiscent of Richie Havens and Dave Matthews, and violin playing fuses his upbringing as a classical musician with elements of blues and rock. He has played venues of all sizes and shared stages with Daughtry, KT Tunstall, Gin Blossoms, and more.

As a photographer, Drew enjoys shooting fashion, portraits, and visual branding sessions with musicians and influencers alike. His work has been featured in publications including Vogue, and he has captured celebrities like Kiefer Sutherland, iconic models like Danielle Zinaich, and musicians including Grace Potter, Ani DiFranco, and Steve Earle. As an assistant to famed NYC photographers Peter Freed and Lisa Berg, Drew learned the ropes of creative portraiture and corporate work alike, while carving out his own unique voice with lighting and post-processing.

Though Drew left his corporate career in digital marketing in 2016 to focus on creative pursuits, on occasion he will work with small businesses to improve their digital footprint through Silver Rush Media, a boutique marketing company he founded. There he fuses his love of content creation across several mediums with his experience in marketing and love of entrepreneurship to help launch websites and e-commerce platforms, devise marketing strategies, create promotional content and review advertising campaigns.

Drew is an avid writer. In previous roles he served as a content manager for several blogs, and wrote pop-culture articles for a music news provider which were syndicated across sites including Sports Illustrated, College Humor and Maxim. These days, Drew enjoys thinking and writing about topics related to race, politics, and what it means to be a Black American.

He lives in Westchester County with his wife Tammy.
